Stephen Balch (BSc, Applied Geophysics), has over 25 years of experience in mineral exploration as a geophysicist and is considered one of Canada’s leading experts on geophysical techniques used to identify nickel-copper sulphide and platinum-group-element deposits. He has extensive experience with Inco Limited in the Sudbury Basin and at Voiseys Bay and has consulted to a number of major and junior explorers including Falconbridge Limited, Anglo American Canada, Lonmin plc and FNX Mining Company Ltd.

Mr. Balch was President of Aeroquest Limited, helped in the development of the AeroTEM airborne time domain electromagnetic system and helped take Aeroquest International Limited public (AQL:TSX) in 2004. Mr. Balch founded Hudson River in 2008 and took the company public in 2010.

Morley W. Salmon is a seasoned capital market professional with over 25 years of experience and was the founder of CANUSA Capital Corp. which was later acquired by Bloom Burton & Co. and Mr. Salmon now acts as the Executive Chairman of the investment banking firm. Mr. Salmon has been a director of a number of private and public companies during his professional career. Mr. Salmon is the Past Chairman of the Exempt Markets Dealers Association (EMDA) and has served on a number of capital market committees with the Ontario Securities Commission and the TSX Venture Exchange. He also serves as a Director & Secretary of the Ontario Petroleum Institute.

Mr. Salmon focuses on venture capital opportunities, undervalued small cap growth companies and special situations. He participates in seed capital investments, financings and mergers & acquisitions of public and private emerging companies. Through his participation at the board level of companies, he works with management teams to analyze corporate positions, valuations and growth strategies. Mr. Salmon has been instrumental in broadening shareholder bases by organizing syndications, securing accredited investors, value-added institutional investors and engineering financial transactions so companies can expand and prosper.

Mr. Robert Seguin (MBA) is a founder and managing partner of Westmount Capital, a Geneva-based financial services firm that specializes in developing financial strategies, trading and liquidity support and market making for publicly listed companies, in cooperation with CM-Equity of Munich. Mr. Seguin has over 26 years experience in institutional sales and corporate finance and is very active in the junior mining market.

Martin Bernholtz - Director

Mr. Martin Bernholtz (BBA, CA) became a Chartered Accountant in 1983 and has held the position of Chief Financial Officer of Kerbel Group Inc., an integrated real estate developer and property owner, since 1988. He has served as a Director and Officer of public, private, not for profit and condominium corporations over the last 25 years. Mr. Bernholtz previously spent six years with Laventhol & Horwath in the Litigation Support and Business Valuation areas. Mr. Bernholtz graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from York University in 1981.

Brian Prill (BA, MBA/LLB, LLM) has over 20 years experience as a businessman and entrepreneur and currently practices corporate and securities law with a particular focus on corporate governance, capital financings through private placement and prospectus offerings, securities law compliance and mergers and acquisitions. Mr. Prill is President of the Exempt Market Dealers Association of Canada (“EMDA”) and serves on several committees of the Ontario Bar Association including the Business Law Executive, the Natural Resources Executive and the Securities Law Sub-Committee.
